Local Michigan Service
We have our own drivers for local pick up and delivery. Your driver will ask you for specific instructions on your pick-ups, as well as, explain the approximate time for pick up and delivery at your office. It will be beneficial to:
• Have an area that is clearly designated for pick-up and delivery.
• Have bags clearly marked as a pick up (There can be confusion if a delivery wasn’t moved and the driver may think it is a pick up)
We supply pre-printed labels to send your cases to the laboratory. To schedule a pick up call Jennifer or Kathleen at 888.875.6011. Please allow two days for your case to reach the laboratory. We require 10 working days in the lab for most restorations. Allow two days for you to receive the finished case back in your office. We pay for shipping ground both ways. If you need expedited service we’d be happy to accommodate that request.To obtain more shipping labels or if you have any questions on scheduling or pick ups call us and ask for Jennifer, Susan or Greg.
Each month we publish a calendar for return dates for your cases. Typically you will be able to schedule your patients two weeks from their prep date and be assured the case will be delivered on time.
The only exceptions are implant cases and combination cases. Depending on the complexities those return dates are approximately three weeks.
In addition to the return dates, our upcoming seminars are listed. You can download these calendars from the website or call us and we will deliver them to you.
