Zirconia is laser scanned from 8 angles data collected by CDC Camera. Cold Iostatic Press takes the dry ceramic powder and applies uniform pressure in all directions. This gives an even density of zirconia particle the size of 40 nano-mircons. Even shrinkage provides predictable results throughout the coping.
The final sintering temperature is 1400° C.
